How Picklancer works

Pick Talent. Pick Opportunity. Fixed-price only. Escrow on every paid order. Verified freelancers · global clients.

How escrow works

Money is held by the platform, not the freelancer, until you approve the delivery.

  1. 01

    Fund

The client pays the agreed price into escrow before work starts.

  2. 02

    Hold

Funds stay locked while the specialist delivers the scope.

  3. 03

    Approve

You review the delivery and can send it back for revisions.

  4. 04

    Release

Money reaches the freelancer only after you accept the work.

Fees

Clients pay the listed job or gig price into escrow — no extra fee for Clients. When funds are released, the platform takes a commission (currently 2%) from the freelancer's side, and the freelancer receives the remainder in their wallet. Bid credits are spent when freelancers propose on jobs; Freelancer Plus can reduce bid cost and grant monthly credits.
